Meet Beth MacLean, the driving force behind Gluten Free Cooking TV (GFCTV). After receiving a NonCeliac Gluten Insensitivity diagnosis in 2000, Beth created a one-stop resource for all things Gluten Free.
With over 12 years of dedicated commitment, Beth is at the heart of the project. She’s been gluten-free for over 23 years and not only offers expertise in gluten-free living but also values its mental health benefits.
As a seasoned traveler and advocate, Beth wrote, hosted, and shot Season 01 for the Roku Channel. She’s also the founder of the ‘Gluten Free Cooking TV’ Facebook group, connecting with a growing community.
Beyond her culinary pursuits, Beth brings 30+ years of experience from her background in Real Estate and Mortgage in the US, particularly in Florida.

Tim Levy
Executive Producer / Producer
Tim Levy, CEO of Tim Levy and Associates since 1996, began Resonant Blue Studios in 2022 to focus on the creation of meaningful film and television.
His passion for creative projects has yielded a dozen books, hundreds of YouTube videos, web sites, virtual reality experiences and nationally broadcast television shows. He is an experienced writer, producer and director with almost three decades of experience.

Tammy Roebuck
Cinematographer
Tammy Roebuck’s remarkable broadcasting journey began in her teens, inspired by legendary anchor Gayle Sierens. From producing the groundbreaking “QZOO Tube” to transforming a cable access channel into a profitable venture, Tammy’s visionary leadership has left a lasting impact. Her achievements include managing HTV22, named the Best Government Television Station in 2004.

From Sydney to Hollywood, this talented individual began as a news cameraman. Their cinematic journey includes award-winning films like “Inale” and “Last Flight to Abuja,” leaving a lasting mark in the industry. Now residing in Texas, their passion for cinematography continues to shine.
